Kylie Smith, 12

Kylie Smith was a talented artist who aspired to study at an art school in Toronto.

Zoey Benoit, 12

Zoey Benoit’s family called her “resilient, vibrant, and caring,” highlighting her joyful spirit and the happiness she brought to those around her.
Ticaria Lampert, 12

Nicknamed “Tiki-torch” for her adventurous spirit, Ticaria Lampert was described by her mother as the “glue” of the family, balancing maturity with playfulness. She was known for her sense of humor and infectious energy.
Jennifer Jacobs, 39

Jennifer Jacobs, the mother of the suspected shooter, was found dead at the family residence. She had lived a transient life across multiple locations in British Columbia over the past decade.
Emmett Jacobs, 11

Emmett Jacobs, the suspect’s step-brother, was also killed at the residence. He was 11 years old.
