Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi delivered a firm warning to Japan during his address at the Munich Security
Conference, cautioning against any move to rebuild or significantly expand its military capabilities.
Speaking at the high-level global security forum, Wang stated that any attempt by Japan to restore or strengthen its military power would prompt a strong response from China.
