
The United States military carried out another strike on an alleged drug-trafficking boat in the eastern Pacific Ocean, killing two people,
according to U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).
SOUTHCOM stated that the operation involved a lethal strike targeting a vessel allegedly operated by designated terrorist organizations.
The strike was conducted under the direction of the commander of U.S. Southern Command,
and no U.S. military personnel were injured.The incident marks the latest U.S. action against suspected maritime drug-trafficking activities in the region.—
